The Student Flyer is a double sided leaflet that provides Abortion Information along with Help Lines and Free Legal Assistance referrals. Minors do have recourse when they fall prey to those that would forced/coerce them into abortion. However, if they are ill-informed do they, in reality, have recourse? This flyer is designed to equip teens with the necessary information and support to preserve their health and their right for protection under the law.

We suggest, outside of the Palm Beaches, a local agency/organization replace our contact information with theirs. (Students require a local contact to walk them through the process if necessary.) Furthermore, a local agency/organization may want to encourage student involvement and/or volunteerism.

Distribution:

1. Adults have a legal First Amendment Right to stand on public sidewalks outside of school property and distribute flyers. If adults meet with adversity, contact either legal entity printed on the flyer to secure Constitutional Rights.
2. Students have a legal First Amendment Right to distribute leaflets within the school itself. If students meet with adversity, they may contact either legal entity on the flyer to secure their Constitutional Rights.
3. Miscellaneous - youth groups, the beach, skating rinks, student events are considerations for literature distribution.

Volunteerism

Distribution does not require in access of 3 to 4 individuals per school. This form of positive activism lends itself to the encouragement of the volunteers. You will discover that volunteers often times will want to continue their involvement. This will afford you the manpower to schedule all local area schools for literature distribution and more. The students are receptive. The faculty, parents and often times police officers, will also become educated as a result of this simple, inexpensive, rewarding outreach.
